- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee site operations, including coordination of resources, materials, and procurement to ensure efficient project progress.
- Utilize primavera software and other project management tools to develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and mitigate potential delays.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and stake holders to resolve technical issues and ensure project specifications are met.
- Implement effective documentation and reporting procedures, maintaining accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and compliance documentation.
- Lead regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
- Strong understanding of project execution methodologies and site operations.
- Proficiency in Primavera software and other project scheduling applications.
- Extensive experience in site constructions, particularly in the installation of steel
- Storage tanks according to API 650 standards, silos, pressure vessels and structural steel works.
- Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with focus on ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Prior experience working directly for main contractors, with proven track record of successful project delivery.
