Come work with us and let's build something great together!Military experience is a plus.This is not a teleworking position.S3, Inc. is recruiting for a Cyber Coordinator to support our STORM program on Redstone Arsenal, AL.Description:Cyber Coordinator will support the activities and functions of the Cyber Division, Engineering Directorate, STORM Project Office with overall duties to coordinate projects and manage schedules with focus on support required for cybersecurity project management within the STORM Cyber team.Responsibilities:· Works with the team members and stakeholders to setup and manage schedule outlooks for all systems and programs under Cyber Division purview.· Tracks all STORM Cyber Division travel, leave and related reporting.· Participates in recurring coordination and status meetings for active projects; generates, updates, and supports weekly/monthly reporting of all products for STORM leadership.· Participates and tracks action items in weekly Cyber team meetings.· Formats, reviews, edits, and provides feedback on draft documentation, procedures, and policies related to cyber functions.· Creates, organizes, supports and manages permissions for collaborative resources such as Army 365 Teams and Channels, the Sharepoint site, classified and unclassified file shares, email distribution lists, and contact rosters.· Supports orientation of new Cyber Division personnel and supports the development of online and in-person meeting invitations.· Tracks PMO SACO taskers and other tasks to ensure an on-time or complete response.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree and 13 years of experience, Master's degree and 11 years of experience; or HS and 17 years of experience.· 5 years or more experience coordinating project execution and managing or updating schedules.· 3 or more years of experience tracking and reporting on action item status.· 3 or more years of experience tracking program leave, travel, and related reporting.· 3 or more years of experience coordinating responses to SACO and other taskers and working in an integrated product team to support project status, reporting, and planning activities.· 5 or more years of experience with Microsoft Suite of applications.· Secret or higher DoD security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance in reasonable timeframe.Systems Studies and Simulation, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
