- Product Management: Lead the product management team in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements. Ensure that the digital platform meets the needs of our clients and maintains a competitive edge in the market.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Build relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive adoption of our digital platform and generate new business.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, developers, and support staff. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their ERP requirements and challenges. Ensure that our digital platform provides value-added solutions and meets their expectations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with ERP vendors, technology providers, and consultants. Collaborate to integrate our digital platform with existing ERP systems and enhance the overall value proposition.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our digital platform. Continuously review and improve processes to maintain high product standards.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the digital platform. Monitor financial performance, track key metrics, and implement cost optimization measures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and internal teams. Provide updates on the progress of the digital platform, address concerns, and seek feedback.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on product management and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in driving the development and growth of digital platforms in the ERP domain.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems deployment and their functionalities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
