Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to banking, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.Requirements1. bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, preferably with a local bank in Saudi Arabia.3. Experience in digital banking loans or corporate banking is highly desirable.4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.6. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal, is preferred.7. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.8. Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous.9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
