- Supervise and lead the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
- Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Oversee the dining area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup
- Monitor and manage guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food orders
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
