- Lead the Finance Department and manage day to day operations.
- Oversee the preparation of all financial statements.
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement to policies, procedures and processes.
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance to quality and accuracy.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, and assess performance.
- Present result for internal and external stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the development of the annual operating budget and long-term financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances and deviations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve budget accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
- Bachelors or higher education in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 8+ years of Leadership Experience in a related field.
- Experience in Food Industry, Accounting/Financial Services firms, or Multinational Companies is Preferred.
- Professional Qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CIMA is a Must.
- Familiarity with Financial ERP Systems (SAP Financials).
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Extensive knowledge in GAAP and IIFRS.
- Arabic Speaker is Preferred, with English Fluency.
