- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience required for engineering roles within the company.
- Conduct job analyses to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified engineering candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, project requirements, and specific technical skills needed for successful hires.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Provide guidance and support to both candidates and interviewers throughout the process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the recruitment process.
- Actively promote the company's employer brand to attract top engineering talent.
- Highlight the company's culture, values, and exciting projects in recruitment materials.
- Use recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Understanding of engineering roles and technical skills required for various positions.
- Ability to assess candidates' technical competence during the recruitment process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates within the engineering industry.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to negotiate and finalize job offers with selected candidates.
