Our deep industry expertise ensures we understand the unique challenges and opportunities our clients face, enabling us to find the perfect match every time.Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management Consultant with a strong background in Device42 to join our partner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging Device42 to conduct comprehensive IT asset discovery, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network discovery methodologies, and the ability to customize and optimize Device42 configurations for seamless integration with existing systems.Responsibilities:

Utilize Device42 modules (SNMP, agent-based, network scanning, etc.) to design and implement scalable discovery solutions.
Configure and customize Device42 for optimal integration with existing IT infrastructure and tools, ensuring accurate asset discovery.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to enhance the discovery process.
Validate and ensure the accuracy and completeness of discovered data, addressing discrepancies as needed.
Refine discovery configurations and parameters for continuous improvement of data quality.
Employ custom data enrichment strategies to maximize the value of discovered information.
Produce detailed reports and dashboards for visualizing discovered assets and their attributes.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for discovery-related issues to clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration, network engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in network discovery methodologies and tools, with specific expertise in Device42.
Strong experience in IT asset management (ITAM) solutions and an excellent understanding of Device42 functionalities and configuration options.
Ability to develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures and a broad range of discovery tools.
Relevant certifications in IT asset management or related fields are a plus.
Experience with other IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy is a plus.
