Pilates Master Trainer in Saudi Arabia - Innovative New Reformer Concept£35-50k + travel and accommodation optionsMinimum 6 month contract/ permanent position also available*You must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 6 months for this role*Our client is a new to market digitalised reformer Pilates concept that already disrupting the UK and Australian markets. As this new brand continues it's exciting international growth, we now have an opportunity for a Master Trainer to help lead the legacy in Saudi Arabia. This is a huge opportunity to work with an incredible brand and there is a great package and progression on offer.Job Description:As a Master Reformer Pilates Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training and leading by stellar example as this brand opens its first (of many) studios in Saudi Arabia. You will be using your expertise to demonstrate the standard and also be very member facing and driving brand awareness. Your passion for Reformer Pilates and dedication to excellence will inspire and motivate our clients to achieve their desired results.Key Responsibilities:

You will be completing training in this brand's unique concept in the UK and then be moving over to Saudi Arabia to help with this brands upcoming huge launch there!
Recruiting and training a team of outstanding fitness professionals
Setting the high standard for world class training and service
Supporting with studio launches and driving member engagement and brand awareness
Keeping up to date with competitor activity and why this is the best place to join!
Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of Pilates, incorporating new techniques and methodologies into training programs
Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, adhering to safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where clients feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential
Collaborate with other fitness professionals and wellness practitioners to promote holistic health and wellness

Qualifications:

Certification from a recognised Pilates instructor training program (e.g., STOTT PILATES, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates) is a must
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
Advanced knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment (e.g., reformer, cadillac, chair)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate clients
Continuing education in Pilates or related fields (preferred).
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
