Job Description:The Sales Manager S&S will be part of the Airbus Helicopters Arabia (AHA) sales team and will cover Military, Public and Para public segments.The perimeter will take into account the customer opportunities in Saudi Arabia and BahreinThe job holder will also be part of the regional S&S strategy definition in coordination with the Regional S&S management.Main activities:Define the capture plan in order to reach the AH Operating Plan S&S for Bookings and Revenues.Take into account Overdue and Cash monitoringContribute actively to keep a high level of customers satisfaction with the best tailored solutions in accordance Airbus Helicopters standards and a close customer intimacy, using continuously the customer feedbacks displayed by the CSM (Customer support Managers) network.Shape S&S campaign with all the relevant departments (. i.e., marketing, finance, S&S and offer teams).Keep a close relationship with the AH Industrial Participation team and build a local expertise regarding local content requirementsEnsure regular and quality inputs in the CRM (Sales Force Tool) and Risk Management (ARM Tool)Promote and apply the Airbus Integrity Standards regarding Compliance, Export control and all the thematic noticed in the Airbus Code of Conduct.Update continually opportunities based on market status, teams’ feedback and marketing inputsMake sure lessons learnt are shared from won or lost business development / marketing campaignsDevelop a good knowledge of your assigned region and customers (culture, dynamics, organization, etc.) and share that knowledge internally.Required Skills:Commercial background / Good experience in selling aftermarket services and experience across airline operations (maintenance, flight ops, MRO) / Financial background is an added value / Fluency in English; other language(s) of the region is a plus; ; • Highly self motivated with effective negotiation skills; • Communication and interpersonal skills; • Able to multi-task and buffer pressure; • Able to get the big picture and defend the company's’ interestsThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft MaintenanceEmployment Type: Fixed termExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Sales, Marketing & Commercial Contracts
