As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced QC Engineer - Mechanical to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and motivated QC Engineer - Mechanical to perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards of our construction project inline with policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Responsibilities:

Oversee Material Quality: Supervise and inspect materials for compliance with set standards.
Compare Work to Approved Drawings: Ensure on-groundwork aligns with the approved designs and specifications.
Provide On-Site Technical Support: Offer immediate technical solutions and advice during construction phases.
Attend Project Meetings: Provide updates, insights, and feedback on quality aspects in project meetings.
Monitor Non-Conformance Reports: Track and ensure timely resolution of all non-conformance issues.
Inspect Technical and Dimensional Accuracy: Regularly check construction works for adherence to predefined standards.
Prepare Site Reports: Document quality checks, deviations, and maintain records of inspections and tests.
Conduct Formal Site Inspections: Perform regular site inspections based on the inspection & test plan.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
10+ years of proven experience in construction industry with a focus on quality inspections,
At least 5 years proven experience as QC Engineer with a contractor background,
Residential type projects experience is ESSENTIAL,
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards,
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,

Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
