Job description:
Planning and design:
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the feasibility of the project
- Reviewing plans, specifications and detailed engineering designs for projects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and lawsproject management:
- Preparing a study of the direct and indirect costs of the project based on the field of work
- Supervising and managing all stages of the project
- Coordination with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors and consultants
- Providing implementation quotes from subcontractors and equipment for all stages of the projectMaterial selection:
- Choosing appropriate building materials and construction methods for each project based on the specifications and scope of work
- Access to the latest construction technologies and innovations
- Providing a detailed plan for all subjects (short and long-term subjects)
- Providing quotations for the required materials from more than one different sourceQuality control:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that project specifications meet safety and performance standards
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance tests as necessaryCost estimation and budget management:
- Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Monitor project expenses to ensure they are in line with the set budget
- Preparing periodic extracts for subcontractors, equipment and labor
- Preparing, reviewing and following up periodic abstracts with the ownerRegulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all aspects of the project comply with environmental, safety and building codes
- Obtaining the necessary permits and approvalsSafety management:
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect workers
- Conduct safety audits and inspections at construction sitesProblem Solving:
- Identify and address project-related challenges quickly and effectively
- Develop and implement solutions to unexpected issues
- Providing advice and appropriate solutions to building and construction problemsDocumentation and reporting:
- Maintain detailed project records, including reports, drawings, and correspondence
- Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status
Requirements:
- Experience from 5 to 7 years
- English-fluent
