- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the company's value proposition.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, trends, and insights to senior management.
- Promote the companyโs services addressing or predicting clientsโ objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Certification in Business Development is a plus.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
