- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges in the digital solutions market.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue. Provide insights and recommendations for sales performance improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
