Job description:
- Preparing and updating the register of qualified suppliers and service providers
- Receiving purchase orders and studying them
- Auditing purchase orders to ensure compliance with regulations and instructions
- Assisting in preparing specifications with beneficiaries
- Contact suppliers to obtain quotes
- Scrutinize and review price offers and ensure they comply with specifications
- Follow up on suppliers and purchases until the materials are delivered to the requesting party
- Assist the Procurement Manager in establishing and updating criteria and criteria for selecting suppliers and service providers
- Oversee the development and implementation of resourcing strategies, including goals, timelines and resource plans
- Bachelor's degree
- At least one year of experience in the field of procurement
