- Conduct facility condition assessments (FCA) to evaluate the condition and performance of building systems and components.
- Perform health & safety assessments (H&S) to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with Civil Defence regulations.
- Inspect facilities and document findings, including deficiencies, maintenance needs, and compliance issues.
- Develop comprehensive assessment reports, including recommendations for maintenance and repair.
- Collaborate with supervisors to understand the project-specific needs, requirements, and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with standards, regulations, and best practices related to facility condition assessments and health & safety assessments.
- Coordinate with superiors and other professionals to report about recommended improvements and repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of assessment projects and deliver high-quality reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architectural, Structural or Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or H&S)
- Professional certification or membership in relevant engineering organizations.
- Prior experience conducting facility condition assessments and health & safety assessments.
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural.
- Familiarity with health and safety codes, and Civil Defence regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Arabic & English Languages.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience: 7+ years, not less than 5+ years within Buildings & Facilities CA, H&S.
- Ability to relocate and commute to cities across the country, including rural areas with facilities to assess and reports to conduct.
- Extensive knowledge of facility condition assessment methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in conducting health & safety assessments and identifying hazards.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical data and reports.
- Expertise in producing detailed assessment reports with clear recommendations.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely and accurate completion of assessments.
- Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools for data collection and analysis.
