- This position will be based in Jeddah, which is part of the Arabia Regional Sales Team.
- The purpose of this position is to drive Revenue, Profit & Volume through and to build strong customer relationships.
- He / She will have target accounts decided by the Cluster Manager.
- Prepare and implement a sales plan for the allocated accounts.
- Develop new accounts / customers.
- He / She also have a targeted volume / Revenue budget set out and agreed.
- He / She will be solely responsible for servicing these accounts from supply, cash collection and build up the relationship, to securing future projects.
- Secure orders and contracts, which meet or exceed agreed targets
- This role will be also responsible for supporting the after sales activities for the Key Accounts as per the demand of the Key Account Managers operating outside the region
- Develop, manage, and ensure realization of sales for the assigned accounts
- Provides feedback to understand how customers are utilizing our proposal and how well those align versus competitive products
- Clearly define the profitable offer per segment in terms of proposal with right product, service and value. Maximize revenue and profitability for the product portfolio
- Performs continuous market research among the stakeholders in the entire value chain and maintains professional relationships with the industry stakeholders
- Applies the agreed sales strategies towards the selected key prospects; negotiates terms and conditions of contracts
- Creates and develop sales opportunities through coordination with team members including specification & project team
- Build and maintain various allocated accounts
- Actively liaise with overseas associates to help ensure a smooth business relationship with the management companies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management or equivalent industry knowledge (Engineering or Science background is preferred)
- Effective ability to understand customer processes and markets, identify potential opportunities, create value propositions, and mobilize internal support where necessary
- Proven ability to influence key decision makers
- Understand various product ranges (Specialty, lining, PFP, High Heat) as well as knowledge for competitors' products
- Fluent in English as must and Arabic an advantage
