Job Description1- Implement all instructions & directives coming from Regional Managers and ensure that all staff follows.2- Follow the instructions from immediate Superior; Team Leader/ Supervisor / Asst. Manager / Regional Manager3- Supervise and participate in the daily department movement.4- Always enhance the company image by giving above standard quality of service.5- Must have knowledge in preparing all Store Daily Reports on time i.e., Duty Manager Passenger Statistics Report, Delayed Flight Order Statistics, Store Food & Facility Temperature Records, Inventory and Shift-End Report.6- Ensure high quality of food and service on all areas covered.7- Must have knowledge in preparing requisition through UCAS.8- Monitor and check non-moving goods stocks and report to Support Coordinator.9- Pickup of foods from Production kitchen area.10- Delivering all food items from Unit to Location premises.11- To take Delayed Flight Orders and to act accordingly as per the department manual procedure as applicable.12- Ensure on time Delayed Flight food pick-up and delivery as per the department manual procedure (as applicable).13- Monitor all U1 Private Order and ensure to deliver on the exact time. Checks all requested items as per the requisition slip and to apply the department policy procedure (as applicable).14- To load / offload all lounge & delayed flight foods as per the time required in the operation (as applicable).15- Must clean / wash all used equipment with proper safekeeping procedure.16- Collect all newly ordered equipment for proper safekeeping.17- To collect staff soiled uniforms with proper record / inventory and to be handover to Unit Laundry in-charge for washing (as applicable).18- To receive staff washed & cleaned uniforms from Unit Laundry with proper counting / checking (as applicable).19- To issue staff uniform as per the department policy procedure (as applicable).20- Attend morning with the Team Leader / Supervisor.21- To act and perform any other related duties assigned by department Head / Central Lounges.22- To monitor the status of all lounge equipment and to report any malfunctioning.23- Responsible for monthly inventory and expiration of stocks.24- Responsible for monitoring of stocks equipment of the department.25- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of all equipment with appropriate inventory checklist and sign received.26- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of goods stocks with suitable checklist issuance.27- Always ensure 100% hygiene results.28- Promote standard of hygiene, safety, and sanitation of the respective areas.29- To follow personal hygiene standard.30- Full compliance of hygiene, quality, and temperature control for all food items in line with Quality Assurance.31- Must check all products received from kitchen and main stores are as per the department food menu guide for both lounge & delayed flight.32- Complete checking of actual quantity and quality of all food items during pick-up and before delivering.33- Complete checking of food shelf life / expiration date during pick-up and before delivering.34- To participate in team department building activity, gatherings, party, and meeting with all staff.35- To attend necessary training / refreshment whenever it is required.36- Participate and create effort by maintaining a constructive attitude toward suggestion.37- To check the operation by personal observation and analyze or records so that work is performed at minimum cost and with proper standard of quality and speed.38- Keep self-updated on all developments within the company.39- Suggest procedures or policy for the improvement to increase the efficiency of all section area.Skills
