- Partner with organizational leaders to understand key objectives and organizational challenges to create high-impact solution.

- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee happiness, performance, retention, and overall experience
- Experience in multiple P&C disciplines (Talent Management, Total Rewards, TA, Employee Relations, Compensation, etc..).
- Be responsible for the execution of cyclical P&C processes (employee relations, performance reviews, compensation reviews, talent reviews) and provide appropriate consultation to leaders.
- Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex people matters (e.g., performance management and total rewards) and support them in the execution when needed.
- Develops and maintains local policy in accordance with local employment legislations and partners with both internal and external Legal counsel as necessary.
- Be responsible for the respect of the Saudization principles and requirements through ensuring that the governmental portals are up to date, that the company is compliant in term of general Saudization and Saudization per job title, and be able to make recommendation on action and initiative to take in order to preserve compliance.
- Partner with COE (center of Excellence: Talent Acquisition, Total Reward) to manage Cluster initiatives and business expansion.
- Partner with local providers (payroll, operations and any other).
- 7+ years as an HR Business Partner. Advanced certification or education a plus.
- Previous experience in an international organization is a must.
- Previous experience from pharma or medical devices is a plus.
- Previous experience leading cluster or region is a plus.
- Experience and/or demonstrated ability to coach both entry-level talent and senior leaders.
- A proven eye for business and broad HR experience as a partner and influencer.
- Must be a thoughtful, proactive decision-maker and able to lead with curiosity, candor, and care.
- Demonstrable track record of consulting with senior leadership within an organization to build long-range HR strategies.
- Must be proficient in local and state employment laws.
- Excellent English / Arabic language spoken and written is a must.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven cultural change agent, with ability to challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions to global business challenges.
- Track record of high integrity and credibility.
