Responsible for managing a large team to deliver key outcomes contributing to strategic development.
Provides leadership & direction to team members.You’ll be responsible for:Directing and supervising the cost management team providing support across the project.Contributing to the implementation of the programme strategy and the development of the specific projects action plan.Managing the client relationship and all of the reporting responsibility.Reviewing contracts and making recommendations on commerciality.Resolving issues with contracts and commercial operations.Acting as a subject matter expert for cost and commercial on the project.Ensuring that all stakeholders such as administration, operations and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations reflecting them accurately.Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.Supervising and motivating a multi-cultural team and ensure all commercial objectives are delivered.You’ll need to have:Comprehensive understanding of present-day issues such as Sustainability, Social Value and Carbon Reduction.
