Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As our Cybersecurity Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organization's information systems and data from cyber threats.At Al Borg Diagnostics, we prioritize the security and privacy of our clients' information. As the Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of our cybersecurity program.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect the organization's information systems and data
Evaluate the organization's current cybersecurity infrastructure and identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Manage and monitor security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential weaknesses
Lead incident response efforts and investigate security incidents
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity and make recommendations for enhancements to our security posture
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices throughout the organization
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the effectiveness of our cybersecurity measures
Provide regular reports to senior management and the Board of Directors on the organization's cybersecurity status and initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks
Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and policies
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
Ability to analyze and interpret cybersecurity risks and propose effective mitigations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Professional certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP or CISM, are highly desirable
Fluency in English and Arabic
