Job DescriptionOn behalf of our Client, a large project and cost management consultancy, we are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Saudi Arabia to work on a large mixed use project. With over 30 years experience in the region, the company have delivered a number of iconic projects and continue to expand their presence in Saudi Arabia.This position will be site based and report to the Senior Commercial Manager.Responsibilities

Pre & Post Contract work on large Infrastructure Projects.
Quantities taking-off and quantifications.
Rate build-up.
Cost Estimation.
Validation of Cost estimates.
Cost Planning.
Preparation of BOQ's.
Contingency and risk analysis.
Budget calculation and benchmarking.

Requirements

Bachelors in quantity surveying, engineering or cost engineering from an accredited international university
Minimum 17 years' experience in pre and post contract works on large scale infrastructure projects
Experienced with use of various standard methods of measurement such as POMI, SMM, CESSM, NRM, etc.
Experienced with use of measurement and costing software such as PlanSwift, CostX, Revit, Civil 3d, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
