• Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations of mechanical designs, identifying opportunities for optimization, performance improvement, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in mechanical design for property and building projects, with a focus on complex and high-profile developments.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software and tools, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related applications.
• Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Jeddah, KSA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to project delivery.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are advantageous.
