Technical Engineer

• Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including VRops, vSphere, NSX, and Aria Automation, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide expert-level support for Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems, managing OS configurations, updates, and troubleshooting for customers.
• Utilize networking expertise, particularly in Cisco technologies, to design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for clients.
• Handle Dell Backup Data Domain – CRS, ensuring data backup and recovery solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Leverage experience with Dell Servers and Storage to provide comprehensive support and solutions for clients' server and storage needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet client expectations.
• Act as a technical advisor and consultant, providing guidance and expertise to clients on IT infrastructure best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies, continuously improving technical skills and capabilities.

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) with demonstrated experience in managing VMware environments.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Proficiency in networking concepts, with a background in Cisco technologies.
• Experience with Dell Backup Data Domain – CRS.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Servers and Storage solutions.
• Physically available in Saudi Arabia for on-site support as needed.
• Fluent in Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Dell EMC Proven Professional).
