- Lead and manage a team of structural engineers to successfully deliver projects
- Design and analyze complex civil and structural engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative engineering solutions
- Perform structural calculations, simulations, and finite element analysis
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Mentor and train junior engineers
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in structural engineering
- Minimum 17+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in Civil Engineering
- Experience in structural work with Saudi Aramco standards as well as international standards like ACI, AISC etc
- Proficient in the design of foundation and structural systems of pipe rack, technology structures, horizontal vessels etc
- Proficient in preparing the dynamic design of foundations and structural systems
- Proficient in software like Staad Pro, RAM design, Foundation 3D, SAP, ETABS
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus point
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and lead a team of Structural engineers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
