- Supervise and participate in daily production
- Daily production planning
- Daily requisitioning from Stores, Pre-preparation, Hot & Cold experience with pastry knowledge
- Quality check-ups.
- Develop and implement recipes.
- Participate in raw material evaluations.
- Supervise and participate in preparation for food presentations.
- Scheduling and vacation plan.
- Communicate and hold regular meetings with Sous Chefs and supervisors.
- Authorize overtime controlling.
