- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Saudi nationality - fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience managing all HR functions on a daily basis.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and administering HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and deploy training, wellness, and talent development programs, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, admin & operations, and off boarding processes.
- Oversee and execute payroll processing and familiarity with HRIS systems and relevant software tools is preferred, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee and implement a motivating and fair compensation & benefits policy.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws and regulations, and proactively recommend necessary changes to company policies and practices.
