As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that all aspects of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations, are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing the hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with previous experience in hotel management. You should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of hotel operations and be able to effectively manage budgets and financials. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of dedication and commitment.Responsibilities: * Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations.
  • Manage and motivate the hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all hotel departments and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage the hotel's budget and financials, including revenue generation, expense control, and profit optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement them in the hotel.
Preferred Candidate: * Prior experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financials.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
