The traineeship duration is 6 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:Please add the purpose of the role here.Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.Pro-actively plan future demands and inventory levels for agreed categories, via the ERP planning meetings, both in terms of new purchases but also optimize timing of overhaul against future demand.Provide an advanced level of administrative support related to inventory control.Evaluating and managing stock rotation proceduresLocates, box, and packs materials for shipping.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this traineeship you will:Have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Industrial EngineeringGraduated from your bachelors’ degree within the last 12 months.Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skillsBe inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledgeBe legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.Working with usWorking at Baker Hughes means being at the forefront of the energy transition.
