- Oversee and innovate in our diverse culinary outlets, including the all-day dining restaurant, the exquisite fine dining experience, the bustling 24-hour Café, in addition to their comprehensive Room and Catering Services.
- Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals in delivering exceptional dining experiences, with a special focus on Asian cuisine, including Vietnamese and Indonesian specialties, as well as a wide range of International dishes.
- Maintain and elevate culinary standards across all dining venues, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Proven track record as an Executive Head Chef, particularly in renowned international hotel chains with in indonesia or vietnam
- Specialised experience in Asian cuisine, especially Vietnamese, Indonesian, or broader Asian culinary styles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a diverse team.
- Creative culinary skills with a passion for innovation and excellence.
