The Contracts Advisor will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing contract agreements for clients in the oil and energy sector.Responsibilities

Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Manage contract renewals and amendments
Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and opportunities
Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise
Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless contract execution
Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation

Requirements

a) Bachelor's degree in engineering, business/public administration, political science, law, finance, supply chain management or MIS.
b) Minimum of 3 years in experience in contracting.
c) Knowledge in contracting principles.
d) Has work experience in auditing, accounting and contracting techniques and procedures is desirable.
