QA/QC Manager

• Build and lead a team of QA/QC inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards and completion of projects on time.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry quality standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience for building TCF Projects (Design, build projects).
• Prior NEOM Approved candidates are preferred.
• Knowledge about inspection, requirements, submit all the required documents, and schedules related to Quality.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in multiple industries.
• Strong knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
