Oversee the development, implementation, and management of documentation and
archiving strategies that ensure the organization's valuable records and information are
efficiently stored, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards.Strategic Responsibilites
- Align function goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational
- Define objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of
- Supervise the entire work done by the team members and making sure it is completed on time without any delay.
- Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals through delegation of responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Set the vision and motivation of the team in order to achieve the sought objectives
- Track and report critical organizational unit performance results and escalate and
- Develop and implement a comprehensive documentation strategy, including policies and procedures, to manage the creation, organization, and retention of corporate records and information.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of an efficient and secure archiving system for physical and digital documents, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Develop a systematic record classification system, organizing documents according to their significance, retention requirements, and compliance standards.
- Ensure that documentation and archiving practices comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and data privacy laws.
- Lead efforts to digitize and streamline document management processes, optimizing retrieval and accessibility of digital records.
- Establish and enforce records retention policies, coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate the timely destruction or archiving of records as required.
- Oversee the selection and utilization of archiving software and technologies, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management or any other similar field.
- Above 12 years of experience in related field including 6 years in a leadership role.
