- Identify and resolve partner issues proactively, fostering a strong and collaborative relationship.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive partner growth and profitability.
- Onboard new partners, providing in-depth training on our products, technology, and sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives to generate leads and sales.
- Develop and deliver impactful content and resources to help partners sell our solutions effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our partners have a leading edge.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the tech, food and beverage, or HORECA industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong understanding of the technological landscape.
