Your mission
  • Excels at building relationships and fostering strong client connections.
  • Track and analyse partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify and resolve partner issues proactively, fostering a strong and collaborative relationship.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive partner growth and profitability.
  • Onboard new partners, providing in-depth training on our products, technology, and sales methodologies.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives to generate leads and sales.
  • Develop and deliver impactful content and resources to help partners sell our solutions effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our partners have a leading edge.
Your profile
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the tech, food and beverage, or HORECA industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and channel marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong understanding of the technological landscape.
