- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT systems, including network infrastructure, hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, prioritize initiatives, and drive digital transformation projects.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and services, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the transport industry, leveraging insights to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, maximizing ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least one experience in the transport industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of IT domains, including infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
