The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of layout, type, and color, and be able to follow instructions from the Creative team. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce final files for output with necessary specifications.Responsibilities:
Present design treatment options
Create final artworks within deadlines
Amend designs according to client feedback
Manage publishing and production house expectations
Review and proof all creative deliverables
Write detailed job orders for production houses and suppliers
Track project production process to ensure quality and timely delivery
Work on animation, web design, video editing, and other graphics software
Receive layouts and adjust according to creative requests
Make changes the client may require
Make final corrections to texts
Send files to pre-press house for printing
Apply quality control checks and send final proofs
File final artwork to archives (CD or DVD) and maintain them
Deliver material proactively and perform at a high level with minimal guidance
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production house using required software
Flexibility in handling many modifications in a short period of time
Strong computer skills
Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions
Attention to detail
Ability to balance work on several projects at a time
Good team-working skills
Flexibility
Matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected
Willingness to work long hours to meet critical deadlines
