- Present, promote and sell products/services using strong arguments to existing and potential customers, and negotiate all contracts with potential customers

- Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to achieve maximum satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Providing departments with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential of new products and services
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Understanding and promoting the company's products
- Obtaining payments and payment balances from customers
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for concrete orders
- Visit customers and potential customers to assess needs or promote products and services
- Answering customer questions about credit terms, products, and prices
- Servicing existing accounts, obtaining purchase orders, and creating new accounts by planning and organizing the daily work schedule to contact current or potential sales outlets
