- Coordinates shipments of products by all modes of transportation.
- Maintains relationships and works closely with freight forwarders per ARM guidelines.
- Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers and production schedules.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
- Arrange for domestic and international shipments by directly communicating with trucking companies, freight forwarders and export packers.
- Prepare all required shipping documents.
- Assist with traffic related clerical work and special projects as needed.
- Comply with and perform Quality Management System requirements.
- Comply with and perform HSE requirements for area of responsibility.
