- Assist in managing, directing, and monitoring the overall performance of the organisation with a special focus on the logistic department.
- Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day operations team, setting as an example of commitment, organisation and process expertise, work ethics and habits and personal character.
- Effective liaison with support of and assistance to the whole of the organisation
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, trips for internal and external clients and according to the project needs, extreme lining processes to offer a great customer service.
- Support the direct manager, developing organization plans to achieve targets, attending, scheduling, and coordinating meetings as necessary.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Subject to agreed criteria, manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
- Reporting (content and format as agreed) as required.
- Participate in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of the organisation with a special focus in logistics.
- Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability, and review.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects.
- Maintain accurate records using resources and controlling expenses to comply with budgetary controls & adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.

- Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
- Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
- Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using SACC information and technical assets only for business purposes.
- Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in SACC before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
- Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
