They are going through expansion and are looking for a CSSO to join their team. Must be an Arabic speaker.The Chief Shared Services Officer is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the shared services division, ensuring the efficient delivery of services across multiple departments, including Organizational Development, Human resources, Corporate Services, Government Services, and Legal & compliance. The CSSO plays a critical role in aligning shared services strategies with the organization's goals, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence. The Chief Shared Services Officer plays a pivotal role in optimizing shared services operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services that contribute to the overall success of the organization.Applicants for this role should have a bachelors degree and at least 15 years in a related field, 10 years in management as you will be dealing with managers and shareholders of the organisation.ResponsibilitiesThis role will cover the following:

Strategic planning - Developing and executing the shared services strategic vision, setting the KPI's and successful metrics to drive performance
Cross cultural collaboration - liaising between shared services and the other business units
Operational excellence - ensuring effective operation of each shared services department to optimise service delivery and processes
Financial management - developing the budget, allocating resources and tracking expenditure
Talent Development - build and lead a high performing shared services team
Compliance & Risk Management - manage legal and regulatory risks

RequirementsWe are looking for a person who has the following skills:

a track record of successfully managing Shared Services Functions
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards
Proficiency in project management and change management.
