You will also collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to bring on new clients
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing client needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses and industries
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and analyze client data to identify trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
