- Support the recruitment process from initial assessments to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Collaborate with department heads and project managers to forecast hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage employment visa processes and costs effectively.
- Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, leave management, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying staff training needs, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating the performance appraisal process.
- Assist in devising and implementing strategies for employee engagement, including organizing staff events and activities.
- Prepare and update HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative HR practices and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support HR operations and organizational goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and results orientation.
- Familiarity with HR processes, UAE labor laws, and visa procedures for diverse staff categories.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases for data management and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices and principles.
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
