Responsibilities: * Assist in managing HR department operations and providing support to management and staff in handling complex issues and delicate situations, such as accommodation requests, investigations, and terminations.
  • Support the recruitment process from initial assessments to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to forecast hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage employment visa processes and costs effectively.
  • Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, leave management, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by identifying staff training needs, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating the performance appraisal process.
  • Assist in devising and implementing strategies for employee engagement, including organizing staff events and activities.
  • Prepare and update HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contribute to the implementation of innovative HR practices and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support HR operations and organizational goals.
Requirements and Skills: * Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and results orientation.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, UAE labor laws, and visa procedures for diverse staff categories.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases for data management and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and principles.
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
