- Initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Leadership: Build and nurture a high performing, cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that empowers excellence
- Operational Excellence: Optimize resource allocation within a mixed onshore and offshore delivery model for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
