- Independently run requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders, both internal and external, using this and other tools to gather and document concise and unambiguous business requirements.
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical compatibility.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/clients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, making relevant changes where needed.
- Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services or Banking sector(s).
- Experience creating Business Requirement Documentation (BRD)
- API Testing Experience (SOAP UI)
- Understanding of tools such as Power BI, and SQL
- The ability to speak Arabic is preferred, but not essential.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
