- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy, with a focus on events and public relations.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to align events and PR initiatives with the company's business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to product launches, community outreach programs, and health awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage budgets and timelines for all events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Create compelling content for press releases, articles, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent and positive representation of the company's brand in all events and PR activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and mission.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and PR activities.
- Regularly analyze and report on the success of events and PR initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Preferred industry background in an agency setting.
- Proven experience in events management and public relations.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup-like environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
