Job Description:One of the leading healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia - Eastern Province is looking for Nurses or Staff Nurse - Ward Department.In this role you will be responsible for:· Patient Care: Monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, providing wound care, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.· Assessment: Conducting regular patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, pain assessments, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.· Documentation: Maintaining accurate patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.· Communication: Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Communicating with patients and their families to provide updates and address concerns.· Education: Providing patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, and self-care techniques.· Coordination: Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
