- Deliver curriculum in person to students, with approximately 24 contact hours per week
- Design curriculum for hands-on classes (physics, chemistry)
- Deliver engaging learning activities that promote critical thinking and problem solving, and encourage students to become life-long learners
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials
- Deliver STEM-orientated instruction through Project-Based Learning methods
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons, curricular units, and projects, and communicate these objectives to the students
- Assess student progress and achievement in a variety of ways on a regular basis, providing reports as required
- Gross salary circa SAR18,500 p/ £3,900 per month (including housing and other allowances) TAX FREE

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Physics/Engineering/STEM/Education
- Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years)
- Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level
- Experience in working within 3rd Millennium learning environments and with digital devices and peripherals, particularly CAM-controlled engineering machinery, including 3D printers
- Proven experience in effectively applying experiential learning practice
- Proven experience of sound formative assessment to inform learner progress and achievement
- Proven experience in working in partnership with other colleagues to design and deliver an integrated curriculum
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and meeting needs proactively
- Strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic and complex environment to meet critical deadlines and milestones
