- Identify and engage with potential customers to present products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Stays up to date and follows-up on the collection status.
- Support the Services team for the planning of field services, equipment, and logistical requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and concepts.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers effectively.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia with Saudi Aramco exposure is a must.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the mechanical engineering industry.
- Excellent knowledge in international business practices, importation of goods to Saudi Arabia and international commercial terms.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
