Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Civil/Structural Engineering. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise in civil and structural engineering, and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, and execution phases of the project while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to align with client requirements.Lead a multidisciplinary team of civil and structural engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.Delegate tasks, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations, address skill gaps, and promote professional development opportunities.Oversee the conceptualization, design, and optimization of civil and structural engineering solutions.Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Implement robust quality assurance processes to monitor project performance and deliverables.Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to identify and address deviations from standards.Work closely with quality control teams to rectify issues and mitigate risks in a timely manner.Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.Identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and dependencies associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies.Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management or leadership role and a minimum 5yrs+ experience in GCCInfrastructure and utility building design management/technical experience..Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.Manage contractor, designer and CS consultant to ensure quality of deliverables in compliance with master plan and KSA standards. Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis, design software, and construction methodologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
