- Promote and sell jewellery products to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, creating attractive displays to showcase our jewellery offerings.
- Process customer transactions, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and learn new sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prior experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Passion for jewellery and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
